Edge of the Woods

If a gun goes off and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?

When an innocent hiker is gunned down in the middle of the woods, Special Agent Emily Slate finds herself back in the town where it all began, looking for answers.

After some harrowing cases and some narrow misses, Emily has found that an FBI Agent’s job is never done as she returns to the small mountain town of Stillwater. What at first looks like an accident, is soon revealed to be part of something more sinister:

A hunter, using humans as his targets.

The only problem is, Emily can’t prove it. But she’s been in this job long enough to know a predator when she sees one.

As she fights to uncover the truth, she’ll also have to face a personal choice, one that tests her loyalty not only to herself, but also to those she loves the most. Love, it seems, is always complicated, especially when your life is constantly on the line.

This time, she may have to make the ultimate choice: kill or be killed.
